With its large size and beautiful white cream colour, this pepper will surprise you with its suave and slightly sweet notes. Exploring the aromas in more depth reveals vanilla, citron and lemon notes, evoking cardamom and fresh plant notes evoking potato peel, mentholated, camphor notes reminiscent of eucalyptus as well bread crusts. To taste, the spice is of a average intensity , almost immediate and will leave you with a beautiful sensation of heat and a tingle on the tongue.

Our perfect combination : This pepper will go perfectly with seafood in general, white meats and poultry. Use it freely with vegetables, pasta and rice, in salads, but also in fruit desserts.

This pepper is cultivated in Cambodia's Mondulkiri, "Meeting of the Hills" Province, also called "the Switzerland of Cambodia" due to its lush green hills, peaking at an altitude of 800 to 1000 metres. Mondulkiri is one of the most remote regions of Cambodia and borders Vietnam.
