Freeze-dried Tasmanian berries

They have the same flavours as the dehydrated peppercorns, but with less power and more delicacy. The berry is perfumed with notes of myrtle and aromatic plants.
The laurel smell is dominant and we find green walnut nuts and a floral perfume with camphor notes, evoking fragrant geraniums. The taste is mild, the spice is not immediate but it develops in mouth accompanied by a bitter touch. It leaves a fresh and fruity taste in the palate. Clove flavor with fruity notes of currants, blueberry and cassis and hints of juniper.
