Our perfect pairings : we recommend it for red meats, cooked apples and pears, giblets, foie gras, root vegetables.

The notes are warm, greedy, tenacious in cocoa nibs, almost milky, with hints of tobacco.
When grinding, the flavors are sweet, fresh, with citrus (clementine, lemon), blackcurrant and menthol notes.
This pepper is powerful, its spiciness is incisive and has a good length in the mouth.
