Tips for use : this seasoning lends itself particularly well to oily fish (salmon, mackerel, eel, sardine, halibut) and cephalopods (squid, octopus, cuttlefish).
Ideally, apply your mixture on the fish flesh and let it rest 1 hour before cooking.
