We created this blend as a tribute to the Huron Amerindian people.
Spices mix created, assembled and packaged in France by Le Comptoir des poivres.
Huron Amerindians, who flourished in the state of Ontario, Canada, were fishermen, gatherers and hunters.
They used to cook and smoke the salmon they caught, adding sweet notes thanks to the local maple trees and the wild herbs that are abundant in these wooded areas with their lush nature.
This blend enhances fish, grilled game or poultry, pork loin and other grilled meats.
It combines sweet, salty and spicy notes.
You can use this blend to marinate your products or directly as a seasoning for the tasting.
Sprinkled on grilled salmon or mixed with a soft butter to lacquer a duck breast, you will make it a must-have in your grocery store.
