Criollo cocoa is reputed to be the best in the world, the noblest, the most refined. The ground beans have a powerful taste, elegant, fine, delicate, aromatic notes. We have selected this variety to make our sweet, totally natural, low acid and low bitter cocoa powder.

Our beans come from the region of Putumayo, more precisely Orito, in southern Colombia. The selected beans come from an agriculture without the use of chemicals. The trees grow in clearings in the middle of the forest. To sweeten our cocoa, we use panela, raw black cane sugar, also from Colombia.
No additives, no preservatives, no flavor enhancers. On the contrary, 70% raw cocoa and 30% natural panela sugar. We are still a long way here from the usual chocolate preparations, for the most part struggling to exceed 35% cocoa.
Tips for use : for a delicious cup of chocolate, only a good rounded teaspoon will suffice. The notes are rich and delicious for a drink with an authentic taste.
