This is reminiscent of southern cooking, Mediterranean cuisine, all with the air of vacations and shared family tables.
Our advice : dilute this mixture in melted soft butter or excellent unfiltered extra virgin olive oil and pour it over your pan-fried seafood 2 minutes before the end of cooking, mixing well to coat the whole.
