Whole red pepper from Putumayo

Our Colombian pepper comes from Putumayo, one of the 32 departments in Colombia, in the south-west of the country, on the region bordering Ecuador and Peru. Our red pepper is harvested at full maturity. This pepper will beautifully lift white and red meats, marrowbone, lamb or kidney. You can also use it with anchovies or on a cooked salad. It can be a substitute for black pepper.
