White peppercorns from Mondulkiric
Piper nigrum L.
This pepper is cultivated in Cambodia's Mondulkiri, ‘Meeting of the Hills’ Province, also called "the Switzerland of Cambodia" due to its lush green hills, peaking at an altitude of 800 to 1000 metres. Mondulkiri is one of the most remote regions of Cambodia and borders Vietnam. This pepper will go perfectly with seafood in general, white meats and poultry. Use it freely with vegetables, pasta and rice, in salads, but also in fruit desserts.
