This oil is extracted from the seeds of a plant native to the Peruvian Amazon, from the Euphorbiaceae family. Ours comes from Laos.
It is produced by hand. The oil is virgin, after a first cold pressing. It is 100% pure and natural.
We have chosen this oil, not just for the fact that it is bursting with health benefits (very high levels of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9) and that it is digestible, but also for its unique taste.
It blends naturally with vegetables - bell peppers, asparagus, French beans, peas, beans, or simply on a lamb's lettuce salad, on button mushrooms in salads and on many other vegetables. It will bring a fresh and surprising touch to mashed potatoes, but it can also be used on white fish or shellfish.
